How to Order & Delivery

Welcome to our online shopping.  If you do find that you have any questions that are not answered here, please just give me a call or email me, I shall be pleased to help.

Pricing:

Prices quoted are the price you pay, including postage and packing for delivery in the UK.  Please contact me for delivery charges overseas.

Shopping Online:

If you would like to rehome a bear, you can put it into your shopping cart at any time.  When you have finished browsing through the website, go to your shopping cart and proceed to the payment page.  Once confirmed you will be able to print off a copy of your order.

Order by Telephone:

If you prefer not to shop online, you can call me on 01933 327780 between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Saturday and we can discuss payment.

Order by Email:

If you wish to order something and prefer not to use online shopping, you can always send an email to  rehome@nessabears.co.uk asking me to reserve your item and giving me a time when you will be able to contact me by telephone  Please do not send credit card information in an email.

Payment Accepted:

We accept payment by BACS here in the UK and by International Bank Transfers from overseas.  Please contact us for bank details.  Cheques from UK accounts will require 5  full days clearance and should be made out to Vanessa Barham.

Payment may be made by PayPal using the following information:

Delivery:

We will always aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt whenever possible

UK:  Bears will be dispatched by Every or equivalent courier to be signed for upon receipt.

Overseas:  Please contact me for details of delivery charges and times.

Returns Policy:

If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase we will give you a full refund provided

(1) you advise us within 14 days that you are going to return the item
(2) the item is returned within 14 days from advising us and
(3) the item is returned in perfect, unused condition complete with accessories, tags, box and certificate where appropriate

The sum we refund will be the item’s cost less any original postage costs incurred by Nessa Bears

We do reserve the right to not refund the full cost where items are returned damaged or with accessories missing.
