We are SOLD – Jubilee Bear – Elizabeth

Description

This is my special bear Elizabeth.  

Elizabeth is a One of A Kind hand crafted teddy bear and she stands10.5″ / 26cm tall.

She and her sister Queenie were crafted especially to celebrate our Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee in June 2022.  She is made from two types of mohair, Silver 25mm Mohair and Old Gold on Ochre Mohair and her sister Elizabeth is made of the same fur but in a mirror image.  Elizabeth is named for Her Majesty, and Queenie is so name because in the days of our Queen’s ancestor, Queen Victoria, girls who were called Victoria were called Queenie in honour of their queen.  So we have two long reigning queens celebrated in these two little bears.

Elizabeth is fully five way jointed with nut and bolt joints in her limbs and a cotter pin for her neck, and as mentioned, she is made from two contrasting mohair furs and with gold cashmere pads and paws

She has English Glass bright Black eyes

She is firmly stuffed with a heavy polyester stuffing and will sit beautifully for you.
