Description
OOAK King Arthur is 35cm tall and is fully jointed and made from 22mm natural laid faded Pecan Mohair. He is weighted with steel shot and has armature in his arms and legs and stuffed overall with heavy polyester filling.
He has brown cashmere pads and paws and English Glass bright topaz eyes. King Arthur wears a ‘T’ shaped tunic in a deep burgundy velvet with handsewn gold embroidery in the Greek key style around the hem and embroidered cuffs. He has hand sewn leather bootees with lacings continuing up his legs.
He has a light head covering in mock chain mail and an overtunic which is cinched around his waist by silver links. His chain mail is formed of linked silver jump rings woven into the mock chain mail. He wears over all his ‘cappa’ or ‘chaperon’, a hooded one-piece cape of deep burgundy velvet and lined with gold satin, edged with black fur held in place by a broach of gold and silver.
He wears a light silver half-crown on his head so his knights will recognize him, and carries his famous sword, Excalibur.
